January 2026: Official Launch of Conservative Friends of Armenia

January 2026: The Conservative Friends of Armenia was officially launched in the Jubilee Room in parliament on the 26th of January. The event received support from several MPs, including shadow ministers, some of whom with no previous ties to Armenia. There was a sense of renewed optimism despite the tumultuous few years faced by Armenia and Armenians. With introductory remarks by Sarah Bool MP, Lord McInnes. Ambassador Varuzhan Nesesyan, Anoushka Kurkjian as chair and attendance by Bishop Hovakim Manukyan and the chair of the Armenia All Parliamentary Group, Annette Moskofian, the event captured CFOA's vision of a unified and confident Armenian anchored in British-Armenian values.
